I have been feeling like I started eating a lot more sugar 🍩 lately and feeling sluggish, depressed, and unhealthy overall. I’m trying to eat more fruits and especially more vegetables.
As soon as I start eating more raw plant based diet, my health feels 100% better.
Today we made a delicious fruit/veggie platter and chomped it down in less than 25 mins.
My kids LOVE eating fruits and veggies. My daughter always asks for a carrot 🥕 or some bell peppers 🌶 or tomatoes 🍅 or even radish. Every single day. I never had to force veggies on them. They just love them. I’m so thankful for that. I know a lot of moms have a daily battle with their kids about eating their vegetables.
Praise God we have the ability to eat like this every single day now a days.
My goal is to eat at least 1 platter a day for next couple weeks. Cut all sugar out. Form a healthy habit for myself and my family.
In the future I want to make start making and drinking green juice daily. 🙂
